How we organise projects

Check feasibility

Estimate the effort required

1. Understanding our customer’s needs

In a detailed telephone call or on a visit to your site, we will discuss the issues at stake and will find out whether sound sensor technology could be used to settle them. We will then formulate the specific challenges for you.

2. Check feasibility

Based on these challenges, we will define goals and determine priorities. Based on measurements taken at your site or samples submitted by you we analyse the objects to be tested or the processes to be monitored by using existing products and tools. We then prepare a feasibility study for specific solutions or develop approaches for several solutions as a starting point for our further cooperation.

3. Estimate the effort required

In the next step, we check whether we can meet the jointly defined objective with existing products and solutions or whether more complex, tailored extensions are required. At that, we examine the following options:

  1. Set-up of specific sound sensor configurations based on existing solutions
  2. Expansions of the firmware and/or software
  3. Development of additional periphery, if more complex expansions are needed
  4. Development of customer specific sound sensors

4. Planning and realisation

With the jointly developed objectives in mind, the realisation will start.

5. Implementation

We make sure that the pre-configured sound sensor or the solution tailored to your needs works successfully . In case of more complex solutions, we will assist you on site with putting the solutions into operation. If required, we train the users in handling the system and thus ensure the smooth application of our solution.
